Focus Group Discussion (FGD):

Salah satu teknik informal yang dapat membantu untuk mendapatkan user needs and feeling sebelum produk diimplementasi. Dalam satu grup idealnya terdapat 6-9 orang dan dilakukan kurang lebih 2 jam dengan bantuan satu moderator.
