Pre-Production Research

Pre-production Research adalah proses feasibility studies sebelum project dijalankan secara scrum atau proses agile lainnya (untuk project Rapid Prototyping). Proses riset lain terkait design thinking dan consultation dapat dilakukan proses ini dengan input dari Design Thinking Manager. Hasil Pre-Production Research dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pada saat pre-SPM dan SPM atau sebelum eksekusi project non-RP.
